How to get the address or code number of your nearest LIC branch office?

• In the Policy Bond /Premium Receipt:

Look for the address and code number of your LIC policy servicing branch, which you could find in your premium receipt or the policy bond.

• Get it from LIC Website: 

Click the link under the heading "Locator" and "Branch". In the Search String, Enter the 3 or 4 digit LIC Branch code/Name and you will get the full address along with the branch code instantly.
